Carlos never missed an opportunity to cheer me up every Sunday morning at the Special Olympics swimming activity, I liked his sense of humor. He looked after Adam changing in the changing room. He has been a great support for the Special Olympics team with Rachel for soccer, swimming and bowling. All respect and appreciation for him, he gave us the sense of belonging. We have found memories of Carlos. One thing that stood out was his kindness. He helped me and Fernando whenever we needed something done in our apartment. He made the time to make sure everything was in order and fixed and he made us laugh whenever we saw him. . He will be forever in our hearts. Rest easy Carlos!
